 Ideal for Installations where overhead space is limited, or for smaller machines. These compact units have an overall height of only 5 1/2", so they’ll fit just about anywhere. A single row of 1" diameter magnetic cartridges, mounted to a clear plastic drawer front, traps ferrous metal and protects your molds and machines.Sealed Drawer Magnets
 If you’re loading machines with direct-to-the-throat hopper loaders, then you need EMI Sealed Drawer Magnets to get protection from tramp ferrous metals, without leaking air or affecting loader performance. These units are also ideal for mounting under drying hoppers or when dry air is used for conveying materials because they won’t allow ambient air and moisture to reach your materials. Silicone seals prevent air leaks and stand up to high operating temperatures. Four clamps assure tight fit. Two rows of 1" diameter, stainless steel magnetic cartridges mounted on a clear plastic drawer front which removes easily for cleaning. 4" x 4" model has three cartridges; 6" x 6" model has five cartridges and 8" x 8" has seven cartridges.  Easily mounted over the throat of your injection molding machine hopper or in your granulator’s catch bin, these reliable magnets keep ferrous metal scrap from entering your injection barrel and damaging screws, ring valves, dies and molds. The all stainless steel construction protects your material and the 45° diverters make sure material must pass over the 1" diameter magnetic tubes which are spaced only 1" apart. EMI's Heavy Duty Drawer magnets provide positive protection for valuable equipment, molds and dies. High quality magnets stop tramp metal in its tracks.Each model has two rows of 1" diameter, stainless steel, magnetic cartridges, doubling the stopping power and staggered to assure that all material flows around them. 
This EMI innovation gives you a compact, easily cleaned method of removing tramp ferrous metal from materials flowing from two sources into a common receiver. Ideal for use between a weigh blender’s dump valve and the mixing chamber of a blender. Adds only 6.5 inches to the overall height. Each side of the Dual Drawer Magnet is isolated from the other and includes an individual slide gate. Three, 1" diameter, stainless steel magnet cartridges are mounted on each clear plastic drawer front giving you a double row of protection. 
On some smaller machines, access to a drawer magnet’s standard dump tube for material evacuation is not convenient due to space constrictions. An alternative to a dump tube is the double slide gate. By closing the bottom slide gate, you can quickly remove material from the hopper and the drawer magnet’s housing.

Low Profile Tilter Model 29-190 / 29-191. This rugged Tilter lifts up to 1200 lb. containers placed by lift truck. Platform is only 7" off the floor and the based frame is only 48" x 30". EMI Mold Releases are specially formulated to provide high levels of user and environmental safety. They contain no Class I ozone depleting substances. Additionally Mold Releases 74 and 75 do not contain Class II ozone depleting substances. Our Mold Releases contains No chlorinated solvents such as methylene chloride or 1,1,1 trichloroethane. They also contain No CFC propellants or solvents. Additionally Mold Releases 74 and 75 contain No HCFC.
Clean Air Bags mount on your hydraulic injection machines’ vent stacks, and expand and contract as the clamp opens and closes. The same air is re-used over and over again, preventing oil vapor from escaping into your plant air environment. The oil vapor condenses inside the bag, and drains back into the reservoir. 
This filter cart has two BU-100 filter housings, and a variable speed DC motor mounted on a two wheel cart. It is configured with a variable speed motor so that oil of different viscosities and temperatures may be processed with the same filter elements and water-eaters.

RRR continuous oil purification system - Installs easily on your injection machine. Maintains oil quality better than that of new oil. 
Water contamination of hydraulic oil produces an emulsion of fluids which accelerates corrosion and causes wear of metal in systems. Add an EMI Water Eater to your system and you’ll inexpensively remove contaminating water from system fluids. The Water Eater consists of chemical fibers with excellent water absorbency which can retain about .25 gallons of water from the fluids while maintaining its strength as a filtering medium. 
Precut to fit 55 gallon drums with one or two bungholes. Prevent pump drips from reaching the floor.
