EMI carries a complete selection of industrial grade conveyors. Many are available in steel or aluminum. Styles include flat belt, incline and adjustable angle models.

Trim Line: Trim Line Conveyors are lightweight and easy to move, yet sturdy enough to endure heavy duty industrial use. More compact than other EMI conveyors, Trim Line Conveyors are an excellent choice when space is at a premium. All include our new, low maintenence Direct Drive drive package, Variable speed drive, double v-guide belt tracking, legs sets and castors. Standard units are rated for a 50 lb. maximum load capacity.

Merit Line: Sturdy and reliable even under the most demanding applications, Merit Line Conveyors are designed to meet a wide range of conveying needs. All are equipped with a Direct Drive Power Package, which is easy to service and requires less maintenance than other conveyors. Hundreds of pre-engineered options allow them to be tailored to your particular need. Quick and easy adjusting leg sets give you the ability to use them in other applications.

 Signature line:Built extra sturdy to endure the rigors of heavy duty, industrial use, RM and RMC, Signature Line conveyors have been setting the standard of excellence for over 30 years. Hundreds of options and sizes. Semi modular construction allows future changes. Strong steel construction, low maintenence, direct drive drive package and a payload of 150 lbs make this the perfect conveyor choice for a wide range of industrial applications.

Z-Style: This versatile, adjustable angle conveyor can be used for a wide range of uses including under the press, along side the press or wherever a three plane conveyor is needed. Nose over makes it perfect for feeding into large containers or onto trunklines.New Direct Drive drive train requires less maintenence. New Double V-guided belt tracking extends belt wear. 

 Pedestal:The Model CLR is ideal for short distance transfer of parts out of the molding machine and depositing them into a box or onto a beside press work station. The belt can be adjusted to incline up to 20° and stand height is adjustable, allowing the CLR to fit a variety of machine heights. Part/runner separators work very well on this conveyor.

 Folding Flat to Incline:Compact, under press conveyor folds for easy storage. Available in a wide choice of sizes. Modular design allows extra versatility.

 Fixed Angle: This space saving, conveyor combination is ideal for moving small parts up to a table or into a container. The incline section is a fixed 30° angle with a built in hopper at the infeed end. The separately driven, flat belt section can feed into the hopper from either side (at a 90° angle) or from the front.

Belt Turn Conveyors: Belt turns are an excellent way to move parts from one conveyor to another, especially if parts need to maintain their original orientation.

Blow Mold Seperators Conveyors: Positioned under an extrusion blow molding machine, this adjustable conveyor separates bottles from tails and moils.

Cooling Conveyors: Wide choice of cooling conveyors including ambient air, chiled air, self contained chilled air, water bath, water spray and hybrid units.

Extrusion Take Away Conveyors: A wide choice of Extrusion Take Away conveyors allows you to customize to meet specific application needs.

Flat Top Chain Conveyors: Low friction, flat top chain belting is ideal for moving finished parts or containers, when a side discharge is required.

Grinder Feeding Conveyors: Excellent choice for feeding grinders because they assure that all of the scrap fully enters the feed hopper.

Metal Detection Conveyors: Excellent way to protect granulators when tramp metal or inserts may be mixed in with the scrap. Flat belt and aperture styles.

Roller Conveyors: Gravity or powered roller conveyors are an excellent choice for storing or transferring containers.

Rope Belt Conveyors: Excellent choice for moving large or thick walled parts which might be damaged by dropping onto a flat belt conveyor.
